Sparkling Innovations

Sparkling innovation in the uncertainty ,as a creature of God we tend to rely on what we know. We do it the way we are used to doing it .while which is not necessary at all, relying on what we used to ,whether it is a process or any new technology is directly connected to company's success.

We all should make some  small - small innovative changes  initially so that we could reward those who make it happen and highlight success in order to encourage an innovative culture. We should allow for failure  ,to spark innovation, where failure is acceptable.
